If you are not completely satisfied with your Butler Pantry purchase
or gift for any reason, please return it for an exchange or merchandise
credit. You may return The Butler Pantry merchandise at our store
or by mail.
The following policies apply to all returns:
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
and must be accompanied with the sales slip and in it's original
package. A store credit or exchange will be given for merchandise
returned without the original sales slip.
- Returns on sale merchandise are subject to exchange or store
credit.
- Sales on discounted or close-out specials are final.
- Special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- To return merchandise by mail, please contact us at 269-857-4875
and we will assist you in returning the merchandise for either
an exchange or refund.
